FAQ: How do renewals work?

By default, your purchase is set to auto-renew at the end of your subscription. If the auto-renewal fails, a fourteen-day grace period will be added to your subscription so that you’re able to update your payment information. Of course, during this grace period, you will still be able to access your account. If you would like to cancel your automatic renewal, you can do so prior to the next billing period. You will still have access to your Kroma.ai account through the billing period you have purchased and paid for.
