No graphic design expertise needed here! Kroma.ai’s drag-and-drop interface lets you customize to your liking. But if you don’t have time for that, let our expert decks and grab and go content do the heavy lifting for you.
Yes! Kroma.ai plays nicely with PowerPoint, Slack, and countless other applications.
The stock images and videos provided through Kroma.ai come from Storyblocks. These assets are intended to be used in your Kroma.ai presentations and templates. Your “End User License Agreement” is limited and it doesn’t allow you to use these images or videos for any other purpose.
We use an API to access thumbnails of images or videos for you to download. We also use an API to provide you the source file when you request it. When you download an image or video on Kroma.ai, it’s coming from Storyblocks.
Kroma.ai isn’t a party to this agreement and can’t modify the terms. For your records, here’s a copy of the license Storyblocks provides you.

Our Basic plan is better suited to you if you’re a lone wolf who wants awesome presentations. You’ll have one user on your account and can only download 10 templates, videos, and images per month.
The Premium option is better if you have a team or if you need to download a lot of presentation goodies. Add more users to your team, download stuff to your heart’s content, and access our Premium Library (infographics, proposals, invoices, and premium images).
If you had an existing subscription before the transition to Kroma.ai, here’s what you can expect:
If you had the Lifetime option, you will now have the Kroma.ai PRO account. This gives you access to:

As a PRO member, your lifetime subscription stays in place, and you aren’t charged an annual or monthly subscription fee.
If you had the Lifetime + Stock Image and Photo Add-on, you’re now a Kroma.ai PRO+ subscriber. This gives you access to:
- 1 user
- Over 100,000 presentation tools (expert decks, individual slides, icons, data visualizations, and presentations)
- New templates added regularly
- 1M+ stock images and videos
- Unlimited downloads
- Email support
As a PRO+ member, your lifetime subscription stays in place, and you aren’t charged an annual or monthly subscription fee.
To protect our members’ data and our platform, we don’t permit the use of any third-party software. That includes crawlers, bots, browser plugins, or browser extensions (AKA “addons”) that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automates any activity on the Kroma.ai website.
Kroma.ai is allowed to cancel, without a refund, any account that uses prohibited third-party software.
We’re able to offer email support for all of your questions. Premium subscribers get priority email support, which includes a 24-hour turnaround on all messages.
Of course. We don’t want to hold you hostage. When we say “no contracts,” we mean it. If you’ve paid for the year and cancel, you’ll just cancel auto-renew but have access to Kroma.ai through your subscription date. Remember to cancel your membership before your billing date and you won’t be billed any more (But we’ll be really sad to see you go).
Of course! We’re here to help you as you grow. You might have a small one-person operation right now, but we know you’re going to grow. If you want unlimited downloads, team member access, the Premium Library, and priority support, you can upgrade to Premium.
Hey, we get it. Sometimes you change your mind. Unfortunately, because Kroma.ai’s products are digital goods, we don’t offer refunds once you purchase the plan. When you buy it, you own it, so use it!
Kroma.ai’s annual and monthly subscriptions give you access for the whole year or month you’ve purchased it for. We want you to get all of the presentations and tools that you need, whenever you need them. Because our products are digital goods, we do not fully or partially refund any subscriptions. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.
By default, your purchase is set to auto-renew at the end of your subscription. If the auto-renewal fails, a fourteen-day grace period will be added to your subscription so that you’re able to update your payment information. Of course, during this grace period, you will still be able to access your account. If you would like to cancel your automatic renewal, you can do so prior to the next billing period. You will still have access to your Kroma.ai account through the billing period you have purchased and paid for.
